My name is Fenna van Dam and I was born on June 14, 1999. When I was 8 years old I started horse riding and in 2010 I started making videos on YouTube. In the beginning the videos were about my Schleich horses. I made very detailed stories about them. After that I continued to record funny challenges with myself and my friends.

Unfortunately, after a few years, I didn’t get that much pleasure out of making those kinds of videos. Then I started to think about what videos I wanted to make. I had already made a few vlogs with some ponies I took care of and put them online. I really enjoyed making that and I got a lot of positive reactions from my small fanbase. So then I started a YouTube channel about horses.

On January 4, 2016 I started my YouTube channel HoefWijzer, which is my full-time job now. In my videos I show my followers my horse life, I also test horse trends and products, I do funny challenges with my horses, I play horse games and I make informative and horse-friendly videos. In my videos fun of rider and horse comes first.
